Terms of Use – Parent & Guardian Registration Portal

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BGC Dovercourt ("Dovercourt", "we", "our", or "us") online registration system, parent/guardian portal, website, and all related features and services (collectively, the "Portal" or "Services").
By creating an account, submitting information, registering a child, or otherwise using the Portal, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
1. Eligibility & Legal Authority
The Portal is intended for parents and legal guardians who register children and youth in Dovercourt programs.
By using the Portal, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) you are registering, or you otherwise have the legal authority to provide their personal information.
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Personal Information & Privacy
All personal information collected through the Portal is governed by the BGC Dovercourt Privacy Policy.
3. Account Creation & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and keeping your information accurate.
4. Acceptable Use of the Portal
You may only use the Portal for lawful purposes related to registration, communication, and management of your account and programs.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third‑party payment processors. Dovercourt does not store full credit card information.
6. Communications
By using the Portal, you agree to receive essential communications.
7. Website Activity, Cookies & Third‑Party Tools
Use of the Portal may involve analytics tools, cookies, and device information collection.
8. Third‑Party Services
Links to outside websites or tools are not under Dovercourt's control.
9. Intellectual Property
All Portal content is owned by Dovercourt or its licensors.
10. Service Availability
Dovercourt may modify or suspend Portal access at any time.
11. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse.
12. Limitation of Liability
Dovercourt is not liable for damages arising from use of the Portal, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Dovercourt for misuse or violation of these Terms.

Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
